♡ Summer Concert Outfit Ideas ♡

Hi guys,

So during summer time I usually love to going to concerts, sometimes outdoor ones and sometimes indoor ones! I thought I'd make a post showing you guys some outfits for concerts! There's four different outfits for you to choose from... Anyways let's get started!

This is the outfit that I would most likely wear if I was going to a concert. It's perfect for an outdoor concert and an indoor concert as well. Also perfect for either night or day!

This is the perfect outfit if you're going on a concert date. You'd look flirty but still be very comfortable. If you're going outside it's very important that you wear wedges rather than any other heel.

 This is a great outfit for hot outdoor concerts. If you know you're going to be on your feet all day then this is just for you!

♡ Style Dupe: Kylie Jenner ♡

I'm excited to introduce to you guys a new series that I'm starting today! It's called style dupe..  I've been working on this idea for a while now, and now that I'm on vacation I can finally release it! A dupe is basically a copy of something. Usually in the beauty/fashion world it's when you take something that's expensive and you find cheaper alternatives, the cheaper one being the dupe. For example a dupe for the NARS Night Porter eyeshadow ($24.00) is NYX Exotic Green ($4.99)! Get it? I thought this would be something fun to do because I feel like a lot of people have a certain person as a style icon and don't know how to dress like them without spending hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars! So welcome to my first style dupe post! My first post will be about Kylie Jenner.... I love her style and envy her closet greatly, am I the only one? Probably not.. She has this kind of Cali girl style that can be considered a little edgy. It looks very comfortable but still really really good!

So first I'll show you some pictures of her! I took all these pictures from her instragram by the way! Which is @kyliejenner

Ok so here's a collage of some items that I've seen Kylie wearing!

-I'm not exactly sure where to start... If you look at the exact middle you'll see four beauty products. A black liquid eyeliner that I see her wearing in almost every picture, a red lipstick that she wears quite a lot (the one pictured is Riri Woo by MAC), a black nailpolish (Union Jack Black by Butter London) and a red one (OPI Red). All items that she wears a lot, that I found essential.
-Now... Accessories... First of beanies, she's always wearing beanies. Neff beanies in various colors, a lot of black beanies and the famous 'Ain't No Wifey' beanie from Urban Outiftters. I noticed that she sometimes wears a high ponytail with a printed scarf, the one shown is a floral one by Top Shop. If you saw my MTV Movie Awards Kylie post then you remember this chain by Forever 21. I also noticed various types of sunglasses this one here is a tortoise shell  from River Island. She wears the Cartier gold Love bracelets which are priced at several thousand dollars so I'm just showing some bangles here from Forever 21. I also added the Zara Shopper bag which looks similar to her Celine bag!
-For shoes, I included some black combat boots... You can either pick up some Doc Martens or any combat boots will do!
-I picked out some high waisted shorts, these are from H&M but you can find them everywhere!
-I picked out two different pants, leather leggings from nastygal.com and black high waisted jeans from Go Jane. Any black leggings will do as well.
-Jackets is by far the biggest category.... The camo jacket is by Forever 21, the black leather jacket is by H&M, the army jacket is by Urban Outfitters, the white knit cardigan is by vila.com, and a blazer by Top Shop.

So the fourth is coming up soon and I don't know about you but I usually do a lot on the fourth! I usually have a barbecue at home with my family and then at night I go out with my friends to see the fireworks (and eat some more, of course)... So I thought I'd show you a few outfit ideas for the fourth! Let's get started

♡ My Pamper Evening Essentials ♡

First of all, I'm so so sorry for not posting for a very long time! I'm trying my best! I'm on vacation in a week so yeah, I'll post more then! Sorry again... But anyways....Ever have one of those days where you just feel like, for lack of a better word, crap? Probably, cause we all have those days! You know what the perfect way to make it better is? Having a pamper evening! So if you couldn't already tell today I'm going to be making my pamper essentials! I'll include a range of things from my favorite movies to watch on those nights, to songs, and all that stuff! So how about we get started!

Beauty
-Ok beautywise I have a couple essentials. I like to use these nights to take care of my hair and use hair masks! You can use any sort, I've heard really great feedback about the Macadamia Deep Repair Masque... But you can try any sort.
-I also like to take care of my skin on these days, especially if I'm having a stressful week. Stress is terrible for your skin! So I like to use a face mask.... Normally I use the Lush Cosmetic Warrior mask and I love it, Lush has a nice variety of masks for you to choose from!
-Sometimes I like to do my nails on nights like that.... But most of the time I don't because I'm terrible at doing my nails.
-I wear contacts on a daily basis so I make sure to wear my glasses for this event, also remove all your makeup... Sometimes wearing make up till late makes my skin feel a bit trapped so to escape this feeling, take it off!
-I don't think this falls under the beauty category but make sure to wear a comfy outfit! I love pajama pants and oversized sweatshirts! Don't be afraid to look lazy! I also love fuzzy socks!

Miscellaneous
 -Am I the only one who loves watching romantic comedies basically whenever? Probably not cause I know a lot of people love them! My favorites include What's Your Number, Scott Pilgrim Vs The World,  10 Things I Hate About You, Clueless, When Harry Met Sally, 500 Days of Summer, Definitely Maybe, How To Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Wild Child and I could probably make a whole post about this. Yeah.. I love movies...
-Netflix. 'Nuff said.
-I love candles and they're perfect for these occasions  I don't really have a favorite but I really like christmas scented candles and ones with ocean-y smells! If that makes any sense! You can also use incense sticks, I like lavender scented ones!
-Let's talk about snacks! For these nights I'm a big fan of warm foods... I really enjoy tomato soup and grilled cheese! If I don't want to do anything then I'll just have some popcorn with hot chocolate!
-I usually like to write on nights like that, so I just get my notebook out and start writing!
-If you have some cash to spend then retail therapy is great! It works wonders!
-Reading books usually calm me down as well I'm a huge fan of Sarah Dessen books and John Green books! I can honestly say I think I've read most if not all of Sarah's books and most of John's! I haven't read a lot of books lately but I really want to get back into it!

♡ Review: bareMinerals Flawless Face brush ♡

So today I'm going to review the Bare Minerals Flawless Face brush... You probably saw this in my May Sephora haul and one thing I didn't mention is that I got this on accident. I was going to get a flat top brush but accidentally got this one. Originally I wanted to get a sigma f80 but shipping is expensive with sigma so I decided to go for a different one but accidentally got this. If you've read my other reviews you know I'm rarely one to speak negatively about a product and that's because I have a pretty open mind when it comes to most products. But I have to say I did not like this brush at all. I can honestly say I have it a genuine chance, I used it to apply my powder after my liquid foundation and it literally didn't do anything, I tried again with another brush and it looked fine. Tried it again the day after that, I checked to see d there was powder on the bristles and there was but once again it did not transfer to my face. I didn't even get a light coverage which is what I usually go for, I literally got zero coverage. I stopped using it because I use a powder that isn't exactly considered cheap so I don't want to waste it. Another bad thing about this is how it feels, it's not soft it's scratches my skin rather than feel soft. The only thing I can compare it to is basically a softer version of straw (like a straw hat not the kind you drink from). Maybe it's just me but this brush is not worth the 22 dollars it costs. I saw that it comes with the Get Started bareMinerals and I don't know why. It'd be awful to apply any type of loose powder you'd literally lose almost half of the container. The bristles also come out super easily and I do take care of my brushes pretty well! AKA do not purchase this. I'm rarely one to dislike a product but this one I just had to talk about and warn you guys so you don't waste your money on this. 22 bucks I'll never get back that you won't have to spend.

♡ 5 Minute Makeover ♡

Hi guys,

First of all, I'd like to apologize for my lack of posts lately, I recently got a new puppy and he's got my hands full! I will most likely make a post about him later so I'll save the details.... Anyways!! Ever have one of those days when you literally hop out of bed and you have to go out but still want to look good? I've got just the thing for you! A five minute makeover... I will show you some cosmetic items that will make you look effortlessly good! Let's get started!

Ok so I didn't number the items because I feel like this one is pretty self explanatory, I laid out a simple yet cute outfit. Which is just a plain white shirt tucked into some high waisted shorts with a cardigan and a bold print scarf to stand out. For shoes, just pick whatever! I'd go for some white converse! For hair just spray some sea salt spray for some texture comb it through and then put it in a high ponytail. For make up, I didn't choose a foundation because I feel like that takes time but if you have a little over five minutes go for a BB cream or a CC cream! Under the eyes use a highlighter, I chose the MAC Prep + Prime Highlighter which I haven't used yet but I've heard really great things about it! What this is going to do, is it's going to give you a very awake and energized look. For blush go for a very rosy pink color like the MAC Temperature Rising blush from their new collection, this will give you a flushed yet awake look. For eyes, using the pencil eyeliner just apply that on the outer corner of your eyes which will make your eyes appear bigger which is great and for lashes just use some of your favorite mascara! I like the falsies because it makes my lashes look amazing! Lastly, we cannot forget about our eyebrows so right under the arch apply the Benefit High Brow which will make your eyebrows seem taller (don't know if that's the right word) then normal which, once again, gives you a very refreshed look!

It's like 10 here or I don't even know... I'm too excited to look at the clock. I probably won't post this till tomorrow afternoon so I can edit some details.. I watched this with two of my friends and one of them was mega good at guessing what was going to happen! Let's get started!

So the first scene when I first saw Isaac, I freaked! He's so cute and on that scene that he was being chased  by the alphas and falling asleep I thought about myself in the morning... I love Style's and Allison's new haircuts! They look amazing!! I knew Scott's tattoo would basically heal... If you saw my other post then you know that I love Scott so I won't even get into that. The scene that the two guys became conjoined that was really creepy...

Right now I'm at the scene where the birds are invading the room and apparently this scene was copied from Hitchcock? But I've never seen Hitchcock so I wouldn't know.... I'm a little freaked by this scene..

Yay when Derek finally appears, I love him if I was one of those people who 'ships' people I'd totally ship Styles and Derek, perfect best friends...

I'm gonna stop detailing things and just talk about the show. I feel like this season is going to be scarier than the other ones not scarier but you get what I mean... I have such high expectations for this season, I hope we find out more information on Scott's boss. This season will be great. The end of this episode was great, ahh Gina! And the marks on Allison's and Lydia's arms! Too awesome! So excited for 24 episodes of greatness!

♡ Get The Look: Taylor Swift People's Choice Awards ♡

Happy June! To kickstart this month I'm back with another remake! Some of you might be getting tired of these posts but I found that these are the ones that most people like! I loved Taylor's make up for the People's Choice Awards and I finally decided to remake it! I love heavy eye make up as you probably noticed! Also if you didn't know Taylor won the best country artist award! Lately I've been trying my best to make all tutorials mostly drugstore products because I'm aware that not everyone has access to high end products. Anyways let's get started!

-As always let's start off with priming our faces, just use any primer you want! For foundation use a satin finish foundation or one with a natural finish like the Maybelline Fit Me. Set that with some setting powder!
-Now you can just contour your face! I'd just apply some bronzer to my cheeks, you can use the Sleek contour kit!
-It seems to me like she's not wearing any blush because the focus of this was meant to be the eyes! For eyes start off with a brown eyeshadow base like the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Tough As Taupe. To outline the outer corner we're going to use a very light yet shimmery gold color like the Rimmel London Mono Eyeshadow in Gold Rush. For the crease we're going to use a very warm orange brown color like the Covergirl Queen Collection eyeshadow in Gold Star, apply it with a wind wiper movement across your crease.
-Now just line your top lid using a liquid or gel black eyeliner. I prefer using a liquid eyeliner like the Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision liquid liner!
-It doesn't look like she's wearing any lipstick but just so I don't leave you guys with nothing, try the MAC Honeylove lipstick... Sorry for picking a MAC lipstick once again but it's just the best!
